- Meet with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored interior design solutions
- Create detailed CAD drawings and technical specifications for commercial projects
- Design compelling presentations showcasing concepts, materials, and budget options
- Collaborate with sales team to pitch design solutions and close project deals
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design software innovations
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate project terms with commercial clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in interior design with commercial project exposure
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and sales achievements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Singaporean building codes and commercial design standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with client relationship management and sales processes
