Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand aesthetic preferences and functional requirements.
- Develop detailed space planning solutions and furniture layout proposals.
- Provide expert product recommendations that align with Philux’s design philosophy and client budgets.
- Manage showroom operations, ensuring display standards meet brand excellence.
- Create accurate 2D/3D visualizations to help clients conceptualize their space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and seamless delivery coordination.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in furniture sales or interior design consulting.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven retail environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and furniture ergonomics.
