- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints
- Create detailed space plans and furniture layouts that optimize both aesthetics and functionality
- Present design concepts and product recommendations to clients with compelling visual aids
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for furniture and design services
- Manage client relationships throughout the design and purchasing process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain and enhance the showroom's visual presentation to highlight products effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and design innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail furniture sales or interior design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and industry standards
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a client-focused approach
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for client site visits)
