In this role, you will play a crucial part in securing the future of businesses and homes by providing top-tier Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) solutions.

Our Sales Development Program is designed for ambitious individuals looking to master the art of consultative selling. You will receive comprehensive training on security systems, installation processes, and customer relationship management. As a key member of our sales team, you will identify potential clients, conduct market research, and present tailored security solutions that meet specific client needs.

We pride ourselves on a culture of growth and mentorship. You will work closely with experienced sales managers who will guide you through every step of the sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads for CCTV installation services.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the Medan area, specifically targeting businesses requiring security upgrades.
  • Present and demonstrate CCTV system packages to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and site surveys.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a daily sales pipeline.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts, CRM software, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
