- Participate in intensive training modules covering product knowledge, supply chain logistics, and sales techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and key industry trends in the food sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through professional communication.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize account management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Represent Agro Boga Utama at industry trade shows and professional networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
