Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted cold calling and email outreach
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups
- Collaborate with account executives to develop customized sales strategies
- Accurately document all sales activities and lead information in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Participate in sales training to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
