Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound prospecting across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities that align with company offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion
  • Document all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance prospecting approaches
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development goals and KPIs
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
