Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound prospecting across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities that align with company offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion
- Document all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance prospecting approaches
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development goals and KPIs
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
