In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential leads. As an SDR, you will master the art of the conversation, effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients and setting the stage for our account executives. If you are tech-savvy, resilient, and passionate about sales, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client pain points and determine fit.
  • Skillfully manage objections and provide concise, compelling value propositions.
  • Set up discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign messaging.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or KPIs.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
