Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify enterprise-level leads through multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and align solutions
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Collaborate with account executives to create customized enterprise sales strategies
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to the sales leadership
- Research industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales approaches
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise account management
