Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage and build relationships with C-level executives, managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, needs, and timeline (BANT) criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospects and interactions within the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and demos.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Tink Tank Solutions product offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or telemarketing role (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
