Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, research, and prospect new potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and professional networking.
  • Conduct initial outreach and engage with leads to understand their business challenges, pain points, and potential interest in Cadre Crew's offerings.
  • Qualify potential leads based on established criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile before scheduling next steps.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives, effectively transitioning leads through the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Accurately log all sales activities, communications, and prospect information into the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to maintain a clean and up-to-date database.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, optimize messaging, and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Continuously learn about Cadre Crew's products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a professional setting.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a lead generation role is a strong advantage; entry-level candidates with exceptional drive and aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to actively listen, build rapport quickly, and uncover prospect needs and motivations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed and meet challenging targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced team environment and adapt to evolving strategies.
