Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute outbound lead generation strategies to identify and qualify prospects in international SaaS markets.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client pain points and align them with our AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads through the sales funnel to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain impeccable data integrity within our CRM to track engagement and prospect progress.
  • Develop and refine outreach messaging (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to increase response rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Artificial Intelligence to provide informed insights to potential clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology-focused business development.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for international client interactions.
  • Experience utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools.
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of resilience and a 'hunter' mindset.
