- Proactively identify and prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, and social outreach.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and articulate how our solutions provide value.
- Qualify leads and set up high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline within our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity metrics and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time during the EST time zone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead outreach tools.
- Strong resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability when working in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
