Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound cold calls and proactive outreach to generate qualified B2B leads in the US market
- Identify and qualify potential customers for SaaS products through targeted prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while establishing trust as a solutions provider
- Collaborate with senior sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and deal progression
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Utilize CRM systems to meticulously track sales activities and pipeline management
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to prospect needs
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B sales environments preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling techniques
