Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold outreach and lead nurturing via phone and email.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our UK Insurance products to potential prospects.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity targets and lead generation quotas.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of all prospect interactions within our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with senior account executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, insurance regulations, and competitor offerings in the UK market.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline progress and call metrics to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in an international (UK/AU/US) market.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent.
- Strong resilience and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
- Background in the insurance industry or financial services is highly preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism.
- Must be willing to work on a schedule aligned with UK business hours.
