In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the student loan application process and helping them secure the necessary funding for their academic dreams. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential leads, ensuring that the institution's student loan services effectively reach those who need them most.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective students to introduce and explain student loan options.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on eligibility and interest in education financing.
  • Answer detailed inquiries regarding loan terms, interest rates, and application procedures.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding lead status and interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth processing of applications.
  • Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high satisfaction rate among applicants.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of financial terms or the education sector is a plus.
