  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales development lifecycle, from initial contact to lead qualification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and account managers to ensure smooth handovers and pipeline progression.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update records, and generate accurate sales reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
