Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales force to exceed performance benchmarks and maintain high service standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Manage key client relationships and represent PT Sumeria Niaga Indonesia in high-level negotiations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and operational reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and company growth objectives.
- Implement data-driven sales processes and CRM systems to improve pipeline visibility and conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/director capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding complex sales quotas in a national market.
- Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to translate company goals into actionable sales initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate diverse teams and drive performance.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape and industry-specific regulations in Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
