Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Indonesia.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage key client relationships and represent Botinkit International at high-level industry events and meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for senior executive management.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams to ensure product availability and effective marketing support for the local market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market share.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and local business regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is mandatory.
