Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical retailers and healthcare providers in the Gorontalo region
- Promote and sell company pharmaceutical products to achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Provide comprehensive product information and support to existing and prospective customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management
- Participate in company training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the local Gorontalo market and healthcare landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
