Welcome to FKS Group, a leading player in the retail and consumer products sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Distributor (Taking Order - GT) to join our growing team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah.

In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand in the General Trade (GT) channel. Your primary responsibility will be executing our Journey Plan to ensure our products reach the shelves efficiently while maximizing sales opportunities. You will directly interact with retail partners, building strong relationships that drive mutual success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute the daily Journey Plan by visiting assigned outlets to take customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners and key accounts to ensure loyalty.
  • Monitor product availability, stock levels, and ensure accurate merchandising standards on the shelves.
  • Identify sales opportunities and actively upsell products to drive revenue growth.
  • Collect payments and manage cash handling procedures responsibly in line with company policy.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer complaints or inquiries on-site immediately.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (SMK/SMA) or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or retail (FMCG experience is preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
