Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to maximize brand visibility and product penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or agribusiness industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the district as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
