BukuWarung is a leading financial technology platform dedicated to empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Indonesia. We are currently expanding our team in Pangkajene Kepulauan and looking for a dynamic Sales EDC Acquisition Specialist to join our Merchant Success team. In this role, you will be the face of BukuWarung, driving the adoption of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions to help local merchants streamline their transactions and improve cash flow management. You will identify potential merchants, demonstrate the value of our point-of-sale hardware and software, and guide them through the integration process. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential merchants in the Pangkajene Kepulauan area.
- Perform cold calling, field visits, and door-to-door canvassing to introduce BukuWarung's EDC solutions.
- Demonstrate EDC terminals and software to merchants, highlighting features such as transaction speed and security.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Assist merchants in setting up and troubleshooting their EDC devices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, canvassing, or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in the field.
- Basic understanding of financial products and sales cycles.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Pangkajene Kepulauan, South Sulawesi.
