- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement data-driven strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales initiatives
- Support the development of sales forecasting models and performance targets
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
