In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager and serve as the engine behind our sales teamâs success.
As a Sales Enablement Coach, you will design and implement high-impact coaching strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing performance data, identifying skill gaps, and delivering targeted training sessions. You will work closely with sales representatives to refine their techniques, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to close deals effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the execution of sales coaching programs to enhance team performance and drive revenue targets.
- Conduct regular role-plays, shadowing sessions, and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze sales metrics and call recordings to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and update training materials, playbooks, and sales scripts based on market trends.
- Partner with the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to align coaching initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Mentor sales representatives to build confidence, improve objection handling, and close more deals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for both new hires and existing team members.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or insurance industry.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales coaching or a similar training role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt coaching strategies to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
