Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with learning management systems and sales enablement tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
