Role Overview
We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Enablement Officer to lead our training and development department at our Ortigas, Metro Manila office. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising the team that designs and implements dynamic training programs. Your work will directly improve the skills, product knowledge, and overall performance of our sales force.
As a Sales Enablement Officer, you will bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution. You will work closely with senior management to identify performance gaps, craft effective curricula, and deliver impactful training sessions. You will ensure our sales team is always equipped with the latest techniques and tools to succeed in the competitive financial landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive sales training programs tailored to our financial products and services.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the sales team and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are effectively integrated and equipped for success.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and job aids.
- Supervise and mentor a team of trainers, fostering a high-performance training environment.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and sales performance metrics, continuously refining programs for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and market trends.
- Manage the training budget and resources efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or learning and development, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and training metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
