  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including presentations, battle cards, and case studies.
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and ensure consistent communication.
  • Manage the sales enablement tool stack and provide support to users.
  • Coordinate with product teams to create product-focused sales materials.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and negotiations.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales support roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Experience working in a BPO or corporate sales environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset and a passion for driving sales success.
