Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or analytical roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, CRM systems)
- Strong experience developing sales training and enablement content
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with sales CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
