- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored robotic solutions
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and documentation supporting sales initiatives
- Act as technical liaison between clients and engineering teams during solution implementation
- Deliver product training and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor technologies to refine sales strategies
- Provide real-time technical support during sales negotiations and contract finalization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or robotics solutions
- Strong proficiency in robotics, automation systems, and IoT technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales cycle management
- Ability to travel across the West Region for client meetings and demonstrations
- Certification in robotics or automation technologies (preferred)
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
