Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized technical solutions aligned with client requirements
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, quotes, and competitive analysis
- Act as primary technical liaison between clients and product development teams
- Train sales staff on product features and technical capabilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support throughout the entire sales cycle
- Monitor industry trends and competitive products to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales support, or product engineering
- Strong proficiency in presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Ability to travel to client sites within Puchong and surrounding areas
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking) preferred
