In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to successful sales closure. We are looking for a proactive individual who can articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical consultant for our clients, interpreting their needs and translating them into value-driven solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to address technical objections, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure that our solutions perfectly align with the client’s business objectives. Your ability to build trust and provide in-depth technical insights will be key to driving revenue growth and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and consultation to the sales team during the pre-sales phase to help close deals.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback based on market needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, white papers, and RFP responses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies to provide competitive insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Sales Engineer or in a similar Technical Sales role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them simply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
