Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical sales engagements and product demonstrations for control systems and automation solutions
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized technical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and close complex deals
- Conduct competitive analysis and position products against market alternatives
- Provide pre-sales technical support including RFP responses and solution architecture
- Train customers and internal teams on product features and technical capabilities
- Market intelligence gathering and reporting on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture
- Deep understanding of control systems, automation, or industrial IoT technologies
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in technical environments
- Strong analytical skills for solution design and competitive positioning
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certifications in industrial automation (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) are highly desirable
