- Develop and refine marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform pricing strategies
- Set and adjust competitive pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and competitive analysis reports
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in sales, technical sales, or sales engineering role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and pricing strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid Singapore driving license and ability to travel within the region
