Tanggung Jawab
- Drive construction materials sales by providing expert technical guidance and solutions to clients
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse customer audiences
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and specifications
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges and product applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or related technical field
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction or building materials
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex product specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
