Are you a technical professional with a passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional value? Smarthire by SEEK is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in Bangi, Selangor. In this strategic role, you will act as the vital bridge between our technical teams and prospective clients, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling solutions that drive business growth.

As part of our high-performing sales division, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the technical aspects of our offerings. We offer a competitive remuneration package of RM 4,700 – RM 7,000 per month and a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive technical presentations and live product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and architect tailored technical solutions.
  • Analyze client needs and provide expert consultation on product features, benefits, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical sales collateral, including white papers, case studies, and proposal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and technical responses to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry trade shows.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
