Are you a technical professional with a passion for sales and business development? Directio is currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between our multinational clients and our technical engineering teams, providing expert consultation on complex projects involving ERP, PEB, Civil Architecture, and Mechanical Engineering.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining the rigorous standards expected by our multinational clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ERP, PEB, and Civil Engineering sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective multinational clients.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to customize solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to technical closure and post-sales coordination.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to ensure proposed technical solutions align with project site requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a Sales Engineering or technical consulting role.
- Strong background in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and Civil Architecture.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level ERP software and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and quoting) and PowerPoint (for executive presentations).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Metro Manila.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
