Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase technical capabilities.
- Work alongside the sales team to prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, and pricing structures.
- Provide ongoing technical support and after-sales service to ensure high client retention.
- Travel to client sites to conduct site surveys, installations, and on-site training.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback based on market trends.
- Manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Mandatory possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).
- Must be willing and able to travel for business purposes (dinas keluar kota) within the region.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
