You will generate qualified leads, nurture client relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle from proposal to closing. Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the government, real estate, and construction sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates, proposals, and bids tailored to project specifications.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Vtsa International Inc. and build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevator, construction, or heavy equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
