Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and live demonstrations of metrology equipment to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions for complex client requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Represent MSP Metrology at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in instrumentation or industrial automation.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a field sales role.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
