Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable instruments and analyzer solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and close deals.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product maintenance advice.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotes, and sales reports.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
- Strong understanding of laboratory instruments, measurement devices, and analyzer technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, non-technical language.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
