As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting technical product demonstrations, answering complex inquiries, and ensuring that our clients fully understand the benefits of our solutions. Your ability to build rapport with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the sales team will be crucial to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Provide in-depth technical training and support to existing customers.
- Gather detailed product feedback and relay technical requirements to the development team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and technical proposals.
- Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle and product roadmapping discussions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales role.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, client relationship management, and closing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Self-motivated with a strong determination to succeed and achieve aggressive targets.
