Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial and engineering sectors in the Northern Region.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers through regular engagement and technical support.
- Collaborate closely with the internal technical and engineering teams to prepare comprehensive project proposals and quotations.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions to potential clients.
- Provide critical pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas and threats.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and project updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) in technical sales, business development, or an engineering support role.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; the ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage for client communication.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical specifications and engineering concepts.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation for frequent client site visits.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with CRM software.
