As a Sales Engineer, your core mission is to nurture and maintain strong relationships with our existing client portfolio while aggressively identifying and capturing new business and industrial project opportunities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Actively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities and project leads within the industrial, power, and construction sectors.
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, project owners, and engineering consultants.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and estimation teams to prepare accurate, competitive, and high-quality technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to close deals that align with company profitability targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects to identify potential growth areas.
  • Provide reliable post-sales support and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Executive, or Business Development professional in the industrial, power utility, or construction sector.
  • Strong track record of managing corporate accounts and successfully closing technical B2B sales/projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site surveys, and project discussions.
