Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the mining and mineral processing sector
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for customer needs
- Provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in mining companies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with product development to relay customer feedback and requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the mining or mineral processing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment, processes, and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
