Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project feasibility and successful implementation.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive market expansion.
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends in industrial automation to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical sales or field engineering, preferably in industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, sensors, or robotics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within Jakarta Raya and surrounding industrial zones.
- Driven, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
