Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate client technical requirements into viable, customized solutions.
- Design and configure appropriate instrumentation and technical setups tailored to specific client needs.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the sales process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor technologies, and new product features to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals, whitepapers, and detailed system documentation.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and the internal engineering and production teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role, preferably in the instrumentation or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
