Tanggung Jawab
- Develop new market segments and expand customer base through strategic prospecting
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex industrial products
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales analytics tools
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with willingness for client site visits
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling) preferred
