Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate technical products to B2B clients in manufacturing/injection plastic industries
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and technical proposals
- Analyze client requirements and provide customized technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for key stakeholders
- Prepare detailed technical quotations and sales documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and procurement contacts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or injection plastic industry
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex manufacturing processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
