Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales team to develop tailored solution proposals
- Perform product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Deliver technical training to clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and RFQ responses
- Act as primary technical liaison between clients and engineering teams
- Analyze client requirements and recommend optimal product solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering
- Strong knowledge of geological survey equipment and software solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal tools
- Certification in relevant technical products is highly desirable
- Ability to travel within Jakarta region as required
